We are doing our best to rail against aging by eating healthy and are at the gym at least 4 if not 5 days per week. I'm down to 219 lbs. from 243. My goal is 200 by January, and I'd like to get back to my regular best weight of 190. If I'm any lighter I look kecectic and twiggy, even with good muscle tone.
