I have a built-in food center, and this question hardly ever comes up, but it did tonight, and I thought I'd ask you guys.
I notice that whenever I use the mixer attachment, I have to fuss with the base that the mixing bowl sits on, and then apply pressure to the beater shaft to get the thing to turn. Not a lot of pressure, but enough to occupy one hand.
Am I doing something wrong, or are there some adjustment that has gotten out of whack? I notice there are some screws on the base and beater shaft that look like they might be for some sort of adjustment function.
Any advice is appreciated. I really like this thing, and I want to make sure I'm not wrecking it.
