Nutone range centers

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

NuTone didn't sell these for very long. With the company based in Cincinnati, you'd think I would have seen one somewhere around here, but never have.

I don't think NuTone manufactured these in their Red Bank Rd. plant, but instead sourced them from outside. I'm thinking it was Hotpoint that made them, but not certain. If I think of it the next time I'm at the downtown library, I'll do some research.

They do not look like Hotpoint, especially with the oven controls. They look more like something out of Tennessee Stove Works or someplace like that. I would imagine, given the company and their products, that these were marketed more to the builder community, along with their builtin intercoms and vacuums. That was probably a hard market to break into with the deals the big appliance manufacturers gave builders like GE's offer of an almost free dishwasher with the purchase of the cooking appliance in new construction.

WOW! Thats a rare sight!

Up until now, I always thought NuTone sold doorbells, central vac, range hoods, and exhaust fans.

Hey Tom I never seen that from NuTone I remember the center with
the built in mixer and blender in the Nutone countertops.

And they are still selling there cheap hoods in apartments
that does nothing but make noise lol.
The one pictured seems more professional with that large screen
in the hood system.

My bone head friend who when things get demolished
he's all for gettting rid of good things that
should not be thrown out.
Not gwit a Nutone but a cooking center
with nice stainless accents I dont even no the name.
It's gone.

Youngtown front load dishwasher

I am not sure what the photo with the Early american table and chairs has to do with the rest of the photos, but the particular one I"m mentioning has a Youngstown front load dishwasher in it.

Kitchen in an armoire

One of those closet kitchens sold on ebay a while back, but it did not look as nice as this one. They were quite a hit for turning rooms into efficiency apts from before WWII. The little box over the cooktop is the oven.
