I was hoping somebody would find some of these old Clorox bleach ads featuring some of our favorite machines equipped with bleach dispenser systems. There were also ads for Hotpoint (with a woman's arm in a frilly sleeve) and Maytag and probably others. Thank you to whoever supplied this.

Love the Clorox/Hotpoint ad! That's the last model of the TOL Lady Executive Hotpoint.  It was produced until about 1974, it would be rare but great find.

I disliked Cheer ads because, whether in print on on TV, they did not usually show more than the smallest corner of the washer. I liked Dash ads where they showed the serviceman called for a Bendix machine with a suds-clogged condition and then tumbling merrily and efficiently with Dash's safe, low suds.

What Great Monday Morning Treats--thanks, Greg!

first seen for me: a Kelvi with an "elevated" control panel and an electronic LK ! Nice

old dreams: The automatic overnight on the Hotpoint remains the coolest cycle I've ever seen. Quite a line-up of dream machines.

Especially grateful for the shawl knitting directions, so I'll have one soon to wear over my religious habit

Hotpoint

Is this a solid tub Hotpoint with the fountain filter?Anybody own one of these?

Joy, joy and more joy. Thanks Greg!

Also one of the best and last of the real Hotpoints made. CU didn't' think much of them, but I'd love to have one. They had beautiful white porcelain solid tubs and wonderfully complicated turquoise agitators with bleach dispensers inside of them alongside of the pump that splashed wash water into their filter pans. This model also had a Sears/Whirlpool style detergent dispenser plus a solenoid-controlled fabric softener dispenser for a while. The Fountain Filter Hotpoints must not have been manufactured too well; you hardly ever see one. </a>

Fountain Filter

I thought so,but wasnt sure. The only one I have ever seen was my aunt's,and that was back in the day.Not TOL,prob MOL.Would someone be willing to tell more about them?I always thought the control panels were beautiful. Were the same basic design under the skin as the early Hotpoints I have learned about on this site?
