Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

The low-level cooktop struck me as odd.  Was that ever a common design?

I was also taken aback by the enormous silver tea set.  I wonder who the target audience was for this episode.

One of my best friends in high school, his parents rented a house built in the early 1960s and it had a Caloric gas cook top and that same wall oven in some form of brown color.

The refrigerator

This is actually an RCA Whirlpool GAS refrigerator, and you can also see on the top right side of the FF door the words Ice Maker,

WP was the only company that ever build a gas fired Frost-Free refrigerator.

They got the Ice maker and gas technology when they bought Servel and continued building and improving Gas refrigerators for around a decade and finally gave up on the idea as gas refs were just not practical in terms of operating cost, and space efficiency, to say nothing of the enormous amount they put off.

In the early Beverly Hillbillies there were TWO of these WP Gas Refs SXS in the kitchen.
