Oldest Maytag Automatic

Our Local Maytag store is looking for the olderst working Maytag Automatic, (sure wish I owned a AMP) I have a model 124 sn 269576 SK also a A 500 sn 318332 DV, can anyone give me a year for either? Sure wish they wanted an old Wringer Maytag, I've got one with the old Kick Start motor, (sputters, but won't stay running, and a few gear shift maytags that are Knuckle busters, thanks for your input!!

RC Willey

RC Willey is offering a new washer to the oldest washer that is traded in. They say to see the store for details, but the ad did not say "oldest automatic washer" just "oldest washer".

Personally, I will not trade in any of my washers for a new one.

This offer is good in Utah, Idaho, Nevada and California. Perhaps someone should go talk to them and offer to take the oldest washers turned in.
