I just posted the 1959 GE Home Laundry Product Man to the Ephemera Library. What is unusual about this year was they reprinted all of the 1960 GE Washer Lines Operating Instruction Cards that were packed in every machine! The BOL machine is adorable to say the least.

Neat!! Thanks for posting this Robert - having the instructions for it will definitely be a good motivational tool for getting me through the WA350 restoration. Well, hopefully...

Must be an early birthday present

And who, may I ask, was the provenance of this fabulous document?

... laughed out loud when I came to the "Meet your new GE Washer..." sheet on model WA602T. Always a treat when they actually produced literature on their bizarre odd-balls (I guess no one bothered to look at the machine).

Maybe the purpose was to sell or give away that cover-so you could sell MORE "parts" because of the corrosion caused by keeping the moisture trapped in the machines. And at how machines are installed-would think that it would be awkward to use the cover, anyway.Read what the lower part of the ad promoting the cover says!
