It's very nice and the two thing I wish this house had:
1. A basement
2. A larger bathroom
Otherwise it is fine for one person, a cat and two lovers. LOL

Yes the tree is huge, this years tree is larger, measuring in at 10.5 ft. tall and at it's widest point is just about 8ft.Just so you know that monster fits unbundled through a standard 36" door. It only has 4,800 lights on it.
And yes there is a lovley fireplace in the living room
