After my last post, I went on YouTube and pulled up some old Billy Mays videos of OxiClean. This lace part surprised me.

White Revive is nothing more than basically Oxiclean with bit of fluorescent optical brighteners. Revive may have a higher percentage of oxygen bleach (sodium percarbonate) ratio to washing soda.
Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Carbonate Peroxide, Acrylic Acid Homopolymer, C12-15 Alcohols Ethoxylated, Protease Enzyme, Disodium Distyrylbiphenyl Disulfonate, Amylase Enzyme, Fragrances.

Or if you want a powdered detergent with oxygen bleach. One could purchase any version of TWB, Persil or any other powdered detergent with oxygen bleach made for whites/colourfast items for similar or better results.

Again if one using either OxiClean or Revive with regular powder or liquid detergent both would normally supply all the surfactants, enzymes and so forth including OBA. Thus again one could simply purchase powdered sodium percarbonate neat and use it instead.
