Thanks for scanning again. My Mom had the kds19 for 25 years. Great machine and ahead of it's time because their was no dryer heater. But if you used jetdry it worked great. On these models the first and last fill were always heated to 150 and than a 40 minute no heat fan dry.

Every time someone posts something about the 19 series machines, it makes me want to resurrect the KDS-19 I have sitting in the garage but is in need of at least a timer and maybe may need a wiring harness as well. Any donors out there by now?
As Peteski50 states, they did a great job if you used jetdry, but I went one better and installed the heated drying unit along with the proper electrical modifications to handle the current load of the drying unit. The regular wiring won't carry the 800 watts and you need additional parts as well.
Let me tell you, you won't ever see dishes come out as dry as this unit dries them! With or without Jet Dry!
So, if anyone is about to trash one and it has a working timer, please let me know. Thanks
