I was looking on Rustoleum's website for color ideas for when I repaint my Sears freezer this summer. I'm thinking of painting it pink. I found these two shades, let me know what you think.

Depends what is in the room and what is pleasing to the eye in that space. Also, what moves you most. (don't say Ex-Lax!)

I wonder if HGTV has "color wheel theory " on their site?.

Personally I'm more into various pastels, which can be ties together in a room with off-white walls and white trim.

Perhaps our Robert (when he's acting and dressing like Samantha) would post a pic of his kithcen in Minnie. He pulled off PANK and other pastels beautifully.

PANK

Is even more difficult to balance than blue, black or white.

I suggest you buy both colors, spray a 'cabinet' made up to fit around the freezer on one corner and see how it looks in situ.

Two beautiful shades of PANK, gosh! That's neat. Good luck.

Of those, I think the first is closest to "appliance pink".

Anyone know if standard RGB or CMYK values exist for the color shades used by appliance manufacturers? The closest I could find for pink is:

Red: 255
Grn: 200
Blu: 203

Whenever you pick a color from a swatch, always go a shade ligher...it looks much bolder and bigger on the grand scale than your little swatch. IMFHO.
