Here's my question...How come nobody's grilling Obama over the money he blew buying out all the major TV networks during prime-time for his info-mercial. That was a LOT more money than the RNC spent on Palin's wardrobe. At least with the clothing that was purchased, there's something to leftover from it...some nice clothes that went to charity. Obama's TV spree...well, it made a lot of cable networks happy when everyone changed the channels because their favorite shows were knocked off!
The Obama campaign went through a LOT of money. I know, because I attended one of the rallys here because my company maintaineds the equipment at the venue he appeared at. The campaign wanted under no uncertain terms, any equipment failures, and they basically spent just as much at one campaign rally just to have AV techs on call as the Palin wardrobe.
Honestly guys, political campaigning blows through enormous sums of money. There's body language coaches, speech writers, makeup artists, media technicians, among the many people that are hired to make candidates look good on both sides. These people get paid big bucks for their time and effort, and I imagine much more than the RNC spent on some fancy clothing. Why is Sarah's wardrobe specifically being held under the fire? Is it because she's a woman, and women are stereotyped as big spenders in the fashion world? Okay, so let's go after Hilary...how much did she spend on pantsuits?!?!?
