Your sales agent doesn't know anything about dishwashers! This is considered by many to be one of the best dishwashers ever made by Hobart. It is far from a quiet machine but we can help you tame the noise and it may well give you many more years of great service and get the dishes washed rinsed and sanitized in less than 1/3rd the time the new machines take to wash and dry.
I have plenty of silverware baskets for your machine(please post a picture of the one you do have). There were a few different styles.
Racks may be harder to find. I parted my 18 out a year ago and they sold nearly immediately, but some other members may have a set to part with.
The front panels(from the pictures) seem to be the single color wrap around panels. There are what are called "Vari-Front" panels which came with two sets of panels inside of a stainless trimmed panel which at the time had a white, black, almond and harvest gold panel set you could install by flipping them in and out of the frame. You could also put Stainless steel panels in the lit or custom wooden doors to match your cabinets of a custom painted or laminate panel. Unfortunately, I tossed the panel kit I had been keeping for about 10 years with nobody wanting it a few weeks ago. Again someone may want to sell you one of their spares.
