Is this the "official" black trivet for Corningware? I recently came across it with an electric Corningware percolator.

J2400, that is the trivet!

Gary as always on these threads I am so enjoying your collection! Those Osters are such a cool mid century design. Until I saw your collection, I had no idea Corning had so many patterns!

This coffee maker we found at a estate sale a month ago for $3.00. We couldn't believe it was all there and in such good condition. It has become our daily driver. We had one a few years ago and it burned out so it was tossed. In that time we have probably used up three auto drip makers. One Mr Coffee actually melted down on our counter top one day. We have a few pieces of Corning we got for wedding gifts and use them all of the time and they still look new. They sure hold up to time. Next

Today we went to another estate sale and found this electromatic frypan. I have never seen one of these before and grabbed it up. The 4 quart casserole was with it. I realize now that the fry pan that came with these were 2" tall. I have one. Tonight we made our taco meat in the skillet and it cooked up nice and didn't stick, cook too fast or slow. I am impressed to say the least. Tomorrow we want to try a pot roast in it and simmer for the day. Anyone else here have one of these and use them. I tried to find use and care manual on internet but no luck. One more picture

Farberware

I bought a Chinese made NIB Farberware perk and when I got it home it had no basket. Today I found a 9 cupper with the pumice stem to absorb coffee acids. Sitting on the shelf next to it was the basket for the 4 cupper. Now I have two Farberware Superfast coffee makers and I have no idea what I'll do with them, but I had to make it in the thread. I also got a GE 10 speed hand mixer that looks like new and will sit on the shelf with all the others.

Pumice stem to absorb coffee acids

I always wondered, both what that material was and what it was for. The new ones no longer have that piece.

I also have a corning Electromatic skillet, works great and it's good for using on the patio during hot spells to save on a/c. no upkeep really, if something spills a little Bon-ami or such.

Perky Poly

The first few pots had a plasticy taste but it soon got seasoned and made good coffee.

OOH Gary, I love that Easy Flo, never heard of it before or seen one. Any details on it? Terry

I finally got me a Farberware perc,

I just came home from an estate sale and found a 12cup Farberware SuperFast, Made in USA, with the pumice on the stem. Snagged it for $2.50. It is a model: 122B. Did a test run with water, and they're right, they are "SuperFast"! lol
