Other than supposedly more concentrated (thus one uses less and lowers cost per dosage), not really much difference between "professional" Persil from Henkel or the regular domestic offering.
But then again suppose if one's local market/shops don't carry this version of Persil options are limited.
The various diagrams on side of box front aren't anything special. Just denote via signage (instead of having to translate and write out) various sorts of laundry this version of Persil suits. In no particular order; hospitality/hotel, care/nursing homes, food service, bed/table linens, etc...
I would not buy a big box of this stuff. I did once and didn't like. It cleaned but it made the clothes rough and stiff. Probably included more fillers or something. I never finished the box, and instead got a box of Megaperls for white and a box of Megaperls color which I have always liked.
