Which probably has morphed into "HECTOR", as we know it.
In Greek there were, until a few decades ago, accents (breathings/aspiration marks actually) on inital vowels to indcate "how-spoken." These are normally translated and /or transliterated as an intial "H" .

ooo got to put this one up, another one, he was cute at this stage. He did crazy stuff like chasing the sheets as they span round on the hills hoist. He also had a hatred for the broom and insisted on trying to eat it whenever anyone swept.
