Some of those older Philco fridges are beautiful, especially the ones with the colored plastic trim in the interior. I've seen them in teal, gold, pink, and yellow, and when the door is opened and the interior light shines out through all that colored trim........well, let's just say the effect has to be seen to be believed. I would love to find one for myself one day, but my wife would never go for it. She wants one of those disgusting stainless steel monstrosities that's guaranteed to make me angry every time I see it.

Just out of curiosity, are there any Philco experts on this blog that know what additional colored trim options were available and what years they were offered?
