Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Great pictures guys, it's fun seeing all of y'all with your favorite toys! Keep 'em coming! :)

Greg, I laugh every time I look at that Whirlpool picture. I can just picture it in my head..."It'll fit, there's plenty of room in there!"

Jeff, is that a Kirby Tradition or Classic series you're using? I can't really tell from the picture. And there's another awesome console TV in the background!

Here's the one I mentioned before another thread, but didn't post it. We were staying at a beach house in Galveston for a week in July 1996...check out that retro kitchen with those PANK countertops and 80's appliances! Now, the question is, where else have we seen that Whirlpool dishwasher? ;-)

(Toggle, are you reading this?)

And I can cook too!

Right about age 2, I did start early! Later I recall my mother getting me a set of toy Revere Ware from either S&H Green Stamps or Gold Bond stamps. The little girls in the neighborhood were jealous, I had better pans than they did!

my early appliances

and what you can't see is the pink SweetHeart wringer washer just to the right out of view. Note the pedal car and cap pistols, too. Guess my dad hadn't given up on me yet!!!!!

Vroom Vroom

Ok, so I go out into the garage from Hell here and had to snap a current picture, dust and all. Mine was from 1957, it's been through my younger brother, my two nephews and my niece! I believe it to be a Murray. The paint is not original to the car, it was a medium metalic blue with white decaling on it. This is going to be my someday restoration project.

I also recall having a pink wringer type washer. The main body was glass, with pink metal legs, tope and wringer. You turned a crank and 2 or 3 bells would move up and down. I was allowed to play with it a couple of times, then it got shoved into a closet, later was sold at a garage sale in the mid 1970s.

This pic is about a year old. It is my son Corbin helping with the vacuuming. We bought the toy Hoover for my daughter, she ignores it, but Corbin gets it and helps whenever I vacuum.
