That picture is hysterical

I was scanning the edges of the picture for evidence of wire hangers....the only thing that could have made it even better.

Hate I will miss you in Pittsburgh - I was really looking forward to seeing everyone and going on the Dukane incline again. Hope you will be in DC!

The said hangers are around the corner....will be in DC for the big one..next years theme should be 'Mansfield Dearest..the former home of W appliances![this post was last edited: 6/6/2016-05:26]

Sorry to hear Jerry

I was looking forward to seeing the fellows again, discussing gear reduction starters and seeing if you remembered the firing order on a a small block Mopar (340 excluded) :)

Pittsburgh Wash-In

Hi Jerry, Sorry you cancelled this event I was looking forward to coming up for the day and seeing everyone. Hopefully you will plan another event sometime in the next year.

Hopefully we will all get to see everyone in August in Beltsville. Planing one of these events is a lot of work and I would never get it done if it wasn't for my brother Jeff's partner Cal doing all the registrations and many other details.

PS Ben, hope you can make it, We have an 81 Imperial with a gear reduction starter that you can hear starting, and my partner Smitty has a whole shop of 60s Chrysler just a 1/4 mile away from the Mususem that you can look at as well.

1964 Imperial......  <swoon>...<faint>...<thud>....

A whole shop of 60's Chryslers? 'ElectroLuminescent" (or whatever they were called) instrument panels and push button gear selectors? I feel a geekgasm building!

Next you'll be telling me there's a functional, but not-yet-restored Chrysler Corp. car with PowerFlite for me to experience first hand.......

It is

1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2 dist rotation clockwise.
Plug gap .035.

air gap on the reluctor is .007 measured with on metallic feeler gauge.

Basic ignition timing was 8 deg BTDC, ac off, headlights off, trans neutral, vac line disconnected from the OSAC valve (if equipped, I bypassed mine). Curb idle was 750 in neutral IIRC.

This was on a non smog pump 49 state certified 360 equipped with a Holley 2245 carb.
