Stranger danger

You know I remember a public safety film I was shown when I was at primary school I was about 8 years old and I have never forgotten it and now I am about to turn 44 years old.
It dealt with the issue of stranger danger,and it showed just a standard stream of traffic driving along the road when a very creepy voice over warned that some of these cars contained people who do mean to do us harm,then there was the most frightening incidental music and about a dozen or so of the cars started flashing bright red meaning they were a danger to we children.
The voice over then asked a simple question,"How can you tell which of these cars are being driven by possibly dangerous people, given that cars do not glow red in reality?,the answer,YOU DON'T!!so NEVER EVER get into a car being driven by someone you don't know and if they try to make you run back to school and tell a teacher.
Actually I am getting goosebumps typing this now!.
There are a lot of these public info films on tv ark although the very last time I looked they were updating the pages, so I do not know if they are available yet.
