that's an old Kenmore portable with the roto rack.

I love the name, Roto Rack...just has that same kind of entertaining appeal as the Hula-action wash of a Philco posted recently by Jetcone.

That's from the end of the run.  It has the hot/cool dry rocker switch on the far right side.  Don't recognize the timer knob.  The racks are not original, updated.
