Well 2 months later we finally have a positive resolution to our missing GE cooktop <----- and wanted to let the AW.o family here know the current situation. The owner John has been ill and had not been to his shop, answering the shop phone or looking at eMails until now. They are still in business it turns out, my call left on their machine has been returned, the Canary Yellow GE cooktop we FedEx'd to them has been accounted for, and it now appears that it will be re-porcelained as we'd originally planned. Wanted to update everyone so that folks looking for this service will know that this option is still available for re-newing your porcelain pieces. For those wishing to do top-drawer appliance restoration this service is absolutely vital. It's good news indeed.
