USA Superstores opened a branch in our area sometime ago, happened to be passing today and wondered in....

Much as one expected sort of version of long lamented defunct Nationwide Warehouse formerly located in Greenwich Village.

Of course had to scope out laundry and housecleaning section, and what a treasure trove.

Huge gallon sizes of Palmolive, Dawn and other washing up liquids.

But what caught one's eye was very nice selection of powdered detergents. Cheer "colorful" in dark blue box. Several varieties of Gain, Tide "Oxi" Action and Excel. Usual Mexican detergents; Ariel "double powder" and " Downy for colors", Blanca Nieves, Foca, etc.. Lots of liquid detergents in large to giant sized bottles (Gain various scents/varieties, Cheer Colorful...

Fabric softeners galore both Mexican and American (lots of Downy in versions from both contries), Downy Defy, etc....

Prices weren't that bad, but since one needs more laundry products like need pneumonia left empty handed. If hadn't already bought case of Cheer Bright Clean might have been tempted to get a box or two of Colorful version.

It’s always wonderful to discover a treasure trove in stores that you don’t expect. Last year I found powdered Oxydol at Dollar General in the $1.00 aisle. Should have bought every box they had. I missed trying the Cheer Bright & Clean powder.
Very proud of you for walking away without buying anything.
