With an effort (how effective?) toward objectivity, Consumers has always downrated liquids.
BC Kroger now only sells Tide HE as liquid--to make room for pods--I bought and used it generously and was very disappointed compared to Tide HE powder I formerly used.
I most recently bought Tide Ultra HF (high foam) but have not used it yet. Through the courtesy of one of our members I have a sample of Persil which I prefer overall but it's rather pricey isn't it?
At the same time my machinery changed from the FL I've owned since 1998 to coin-op Maytags of very questionable heritage. With two major changes I can't say definitively where the problem arose, just that I now have a problem where I didn't before.
