But has it really settled, it's half full. The Weighing scales will be out tomorrow & if it's not the correct weight, then it's goodbye from me forever Almat.

Most Every Single Packaged Good
At least here in the States has some sort of marking stating "...this package is sold/filled by weight not volume...". Have seen it on things ranging from potato chips (crisps) to powdered detergents. There are exceptions of course. A dozen eggs must be just that as well as other goods sold by number in a package.

Stop being precious and just take it back, with your receipt if you have it, and honestly tell them what happened - you opened it up and that was ll that was in there and you'd like it exchanged.

I Still Say Weigh The Box First
Get out a gram scale and have at it. If the weight of the product is as stated on the box, and the thing is sold not by volume don't see what basis there is for complaint. Well other than all that wasted space.
Have opened many packet of crips (Onslow loves the stuff) to find nearly half the thing was full of air with product at the lower half.
