I'm going to keep an eye out for that stuff once I've worked through all of my phosphated Cascade/Dawn powder.

The BJ's store here in Orlando still has tons of the Phosphated cascade..

This product is NOT kosher; it says so in the nutritional information label.

I'd give the Pro Cascade a try, but have never seen it at our Kroger stores or anywhere else, for that matter. I'll look for it; maybe it just hasn't made its way north, yet.

GFS Marketplace stocks this, and they have several locations around the Columbus area. You might also try Wasserstrom restaurant supply on Silver Dr. off I-71 North. If you've never been there, they are both a treat for anyone who likes to cook and entertain.

Thanks, Tom, for the suggestions on where to find Professional Cascade. I've been to Wasserstrom's, but never paid attention to the detergents in my previous visits. If they don't carry it, I'll give GFS a try.
