Here is the latest in washday gimmicks. Bought these at Target yesterday, $6 for 20 sheets. If performance is anything like their other detergents we won't be seeing them on the shelves for long. It's detergent, softener and anti-static in one. I'm washing yesterday's massage sheets now. We'll see. Light scent, no suds. Hot washload in the Bosch and same in the F&P Ecosmart. Blue part is detergent, green strip softener. Sheets were when I threw them in the dryer.

I still don't understand,

what is the difference between "anti-static" agent and "fabric softener"? IT IS THE SAME THING! So it's not three in one, it's two in one!

I wouldn't bother trying them. They will go the way of the Purex tabs, which I kind of liked. Took some poly/cotton sheets out of the dryer today with dryer sheet oil stains on them. Very annoying, reminds me of why I don't use dryer sheets. Detergent performance was as expected, mediocre.

At Walmart...

...It isn't flying off the shelves. I've rung up more Tide, Gain and classic Purex powder more than the sheets. But, as I am a sucker for new things, I bought the Spring Oasis and a Pure & Clean for my mom. Will use it tomorrow, as I have several loads to wash.

well Todd aka a$$master...lol...i can't pronounce that...we don't have that in our neck of the woods but like they said earlier, anything new that comes out we just have to try it out and give our professional opinion...because only we know what is best!

We should have a test kitchen or laundry if you will....and show people like consumer reports how it's done...lol

I know, I know. I couldn't help myself either. Just a whore for anything new that comes around. I ended up using two sheets in my massage sheet loads, so it was more like 60 cents a load. They still really didn't come clean. Too bad they're really low sudsing.
a--master, hahahaha. Oh the things I could say, but know I shouldn't. It's an abbreviation for "Ann Arbor Massage Therapist".

The only detergent that I use that works best for me at getting
things clean is Tide.
But, I've come to the conclusion that its not really the
detergent but the water (from whatever area of the country or
countries you happen to be from) that makes the difference.
I like using Oxy-Clean in my wash because it actually gets my
whites whiter than Clorox. But I have a friend thats tried it
where he lives and it dosen't work for him.
We live in different towns in the same state and I think its
the way our water is treated.
I have a higher iron content in my water.
I lived in Kansas for a year and where I was located we had
very soft water and didn't have to use as much detergent.
I guess you have to find what works for you and stay with it.
Although I must admit, I'm a sucker for anything new on the
market and just can't live another day unless I get it and try
it.
Don't laugh, thats how I found Oxy-Clean and just can't live
without it !

Todd ...I'm glad you have a sense of humor....I do massages too...but not a professionl like you....many people i massage just loe the feeling afterwards...it really a gift you have...

but I couldn't resist having some fun with the screen name...

Talk about great jobs...besides massaging hot bodies...when I was 20 I got a job in a laundry for a rental place....I was in heaven...big washers and dryers...and non stop loads...but unfortunately it was only seasonal...and I needed another full time job...but I could not get into another one like it...and there are days I miss it...

I just saw it advertised during Desperate Housewives. I don't think I will be rushing out to buy anytime soon. I like the Sears Ultra Plus!
