Purex Complete

This is a 3-in-1 laundry sheet, impregnated with detergent, softener and a antistatic formula. This product could be a hit, but after years of failures (Tablets and pouches), these probably won't last long.

I already don't have much faith in this product and there in the simplest of terms lies Henkel's biggest hurdle in the US Market: faith in product.

If they could produce Purex Megapearls for the emerging high efficiency washer market here in the US then I'd probably make the switch (as long as the original scent of Purex wasn't compromised). Maybe even a nice lemon-scented variety.

One product that does all three just doesn't even sound doable, even today. Anyone remember Bold 3? Where is it today?

Wait a minute.

Isn't one of the purposes of using fabric softener to take care of the "static cling"? That's what I always thought. So isn't this more or less Purex Complete "2" in 1, not 3 in 1?
