I am going replace the Springs and Glides on the on Motor Mount Machine Base.

The kit I got has two tubes of Poly Lube.I was wondering if one tube will grease both sides of the rails.Reason I am asking is because I was going to use the other tube to grease the Damper Pads.

If I need both tubes of Poly Lube for the Motor Glides, can you recommend a good Lubricant for the Damper Pads.I can't find Poly Lube anywhere, only place I see it is in the Spring and Glide Kits.

I always had success with just one tube to get the job done properly on the motor carriage tracks (be sure to grease the sides of the rollers/glides that rub against the tracks as well).

One tube is not enough to lubricate all 3 pads though.

You can probably find it at your local appliance parts store, they'll just upcharge you a bit on that price.

Silicone Lube

qsd-dan my local appliance parts place sells this one called Amana.I found it on there website. It's not the same one you recommended, but it has the same part number.

Is it the same silicone with a different name on the tube?
