Rescue me, Father

I had a very difficult childhood. As a young boy I fell in love with "Adam" and my favorite fantasy was being being found, abandoned, on his doorstep and they took me in. I really enjoyed Trapper John MD and the charactor he portrayed.

Pete - Time Flies!

"I just googled him and he was 81? yikes I never imagined he was that old"

Pete: I have trouble getting my head around this too, but Bonanza aired its last first-run episode on January 16th 1973, which was - brace yaself - just a few days over thirty-seven years ago.

Roberts would have been in his forties at that time, hardly ready for Happy Acres yet.

I had a big crush

on Pernell and Robert Conrad in my youth years ago. Like Mixfinder, Mr. Pernell was indeed like a father figure.

Oh my, how sad!!! Yep, I really enjoyed his Trapper John character. Always decisive, strong, and gentle. I ass always torn between Pernell & Dan Blocker when watching Bonanza. If I could have merged the best of the two of them together, I would have been ane xtremely happy little boy!!!

Bob, that was a priceless typo!

OMG Clint Walker! Shirtless! On TV in the 60's!

Little did I know at the time why I was so intrigued by Adam Cartwright. I was totally bummed out when he left "Bonanza" and turned to Hoss as the one to hopefully find in a shirtless shot in subsequent years, but still couldn't shake the thought of Adam, even in his trademark black shirt.

> Did you ever see Ken Berry without his shirt on?? Ooo Mama! <

Wow, good to know I wasn't the only one in love with Ken Berry.

I don't think I missed a single episode of F-Troop.

Ditto on Clint Walker and Ken Berry!! Had the same reactions mr. Jetcone. Fess Parker weren't nuttin to shake a stick at either. And Ralph, blush, i just saw that.
