the RCA scoop

Crescent manufacturing made all of the record changers for RCA using RCA design and engineering, including the 45 changer that was able to change a 45rpm record in just under a second! They even made the later changers for the mid and high end consoles and portables. They were never a division or even a part of RCA, but manufactured exclusively for them. Mark

and...

...I think the ''reconditioner'' put the Colarro changer in the RCA but it was not original. Even Canadian models used the RCA/Crescent changer. Mark
