Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Always remember, YOU asked for it...

LOL   OK, here's a challenge for you:  a 1957, 58, or 59 Hotpoint dishwasher with the 'double deck' wash system.

Bonus points if its Turquoise!!

Knock yourself out

I've been searching SF Bay Area CL for an Easy Spindrier -- an older model with ribbed decorative trim, big levers on the front and faucets for filling and rinsing, in working condition or in need of relatively minor fixes.   They are scarce around here, and in the rare instance when one turns up it's either overpriced or too new.

.
No Turquoise! For '58 at least, but you probably already knew that.

I question whether or not that combo unit in reply #6 has a frig in it. The DW is evidently a machine that was switched out with the original. That being Frigidaire.

But credit does have to go out to Robert for his diligence in trying to track down some wish items for people here. Good luck!

yeah Good LUCK searching CL!

So much to discover and enjoy while your fingers do the walking. :-)

and to add to the list, Robert - here's one of the few that fans and members

supplied not too long ago - maybe they're still looking for these, too? Guys?[this post was last edited: 11/11/2015-09:12]

Nice!

That rusty Easy is exactly what I'd like to find.  It sounds like it might not need too much work, but yeah, it's a little far from me.

I don't even mind the rust, but I think the laundered articles would.

Thanks for searching!

Ok what about early 60s , dare I dream?!, NIB, GE or Kenmore or frigidaire washer dryer set? Matching, in white or dream of dreams turquoise close enough to pick up. Pretty much anywhere within 8 or so hours of south Louisiana. Price no object. How much could one charge anyway ;)
