Slightly, Gently, Lightly
Apparently the only time they used the oven was to warm the kitty's dinner. Those odd terms pop up all over Craigslist with no real understanding of what they mean.
Lightly Used Maytag Washer.
Gently used washer quit agitating because I lightly overloaded it. My husband says it's just a belt and for $50.00 dollars this gently used washer can be yours.

Is the kitty a meal-planning suggestion? That seems an odd thing to put in an auction listing. Perhaps it is all a huge prank - the price certainly is. Do people just never search "Completed Items" before they list something? Wow.
