Yeah, I should have posted this last week, but was lazy.
Turkey Tetrazzini
This makes three 9 X 13 baking dishes.
1 1/2 pounds cooked spaghetti, divided
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp butter
4 10 3/4 Oz. cans cream of chicken soup
4 10 3/4 Oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp steak sauce (I use Worchestershire sauce)
4 cups milk
2 1/2 quarts diced cooked turkey (or chicken)
1 4 Oz. jar pimientos
1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2 ppunds sharp cheddar cheese, grated and divided
pepper to taste
paprika (topping - I use hot paprika)
Divide cooked spaghetti equally between the three baking dishes. cook onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes. combine soups, steak sauce, milk, turkey, pimientos, parsley, pepper, and 1/2 of the cheese with onion/garlic mixture. Mix well.pour over spaghetti in each dish, mixing with the spaghetti lightly. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and dust with paprika.
At this point you can either cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or cover with foil and freeze - thaw completely before cooking. If you cook all three pans, it will serve 25.
