Remember the house we bought last year for $3500.00??

That Range...

...Is worth a couple hundred bucks a month, right there.

I hope this amazing transformation receives the respect it deserves from your new lessee, and that your labours will be well-rewarded with financial security.

All I can say is WOW!, what a fantastic job!

The only thing I would do in the kitchen is move that wall clock either over the kitchen sink or over the refrigerator.

Everything else is so clean and neat as a pin!

Yet another... Bath...

We were able to save the original toilet base, however the tank had frozen and cracked. We used the original 1940 toilet base, a tank from 1975, and a tank top from 1955.
It's a "Frankintoilet" lol!!

Didn't want to put a new low flush model in that would lead to clogged drains. BTW: had to piece this one back together, because a good complete used one can no longer be found...

One more bath...

The tub is new, the faucets are not original, but were intact when we purchase the house,so we cleaned and reused.

Front bedroom

The light was free... What can I say? It's so 80's, but the light is high quality, and the price was right! <:

Rear bedroom..

This light is original, and the only original 1940 light still in the house. This rear bedroom was also boarded shut for over 25 years.

We will add some landscape to the property in the Spring, but will keep it minimal.

Rick~

I hope your tenant will appreciate those vintage appliances!
It would be a shame to see them not treated with TLC.
