Growing up in Toronto it was 1050 CHUM. We used to listen to WABC at night at the cottage east of Montreal.

KXOK was for the "younger" set, KMOX was the standard EVERY morning in our household. Saturday mornings were a treat, KMOX had sort of a flea market and we'd listen and laugh most of the morning! Time flies.

KSFO am San Francisco

My partner was raised in the SF Bay Area during the 50's.
KSFO and Don Sherwood ruled the air ways. You started your day
with radio personality Sherwood. KSFO had a great station break in which everyone loved and couldn't get enough of, listen and see what I mean.
