I took a stroll thru Value Village the other day which I haven't done in weeks if not months and happened upon this delightful Moulinex drip coffee maker just begging to come home with me and for $5.99 I wasn't about to leave it there.
I don't recollect ever seeing this coffee maker in any catalog or store. As well there isn't any model/serial/manufacturers name/country etc imprinted on it anywhere, zilch. Just Moulinex on the on/off switch.
I'm guessing that it's 70's,, it's all plastic except for the chrome base and glass carafe. The water reservoir does not remove.
It works well. Took about 30 seconds before the first spits of water were coming out and then away she went.
Since it uses cone paper filters I think they make a better cup of coffee, especially small amounts, as compared to my HB seen behind it which uses cupcake type paper filters.
Anyone remember seeing this machine before?
