For a change, it was just a quick fix....a loose wire and the
'47 Bendix was working like a charm, thanks to Roger and Nate.

Now I am just waiting for the 3 machines at the shop with
Dr. Manny: Blackstone 250, Norge Timeline, and '51 Westinghouse
slant front.

Ross

Great to see you Roger and Nate again. Glad to Ross that the Bendix is up and running great again. Sure would have hated if that one would have had to gone to Dr. Manny as well.

Boy isn't that wonderful when you find the problem is just a loose wire and not a huge transmission overhaul! I love that.

And it appears Robert has added some new wallpaper?

Yes I did Scott, except the evil webmaster is keeping this one to herself, see it's easy :)..

LOL

Robert, that Frigidaire serviceman befits you :-)

Yes, Ross' Bendix is very nice. Roger mentioned how kick-butt the water action is...you can really see the currents up against the glass.

You know, as opposed to modern front-loaders, where the water never reaches the glass..

*

Wait a minute, there is water in them, right? Has anyone ever checked to see for sure?

Bendix Video Download?

Would love to collect a nice video demo of this classic Bendix. True, Robert still has a couple on this site, but am always open to collecting as many other variants of models as possible. Many Thanks!--Laundry Shark

Nate I have been wondering the same thing!! The clothes are somewhat damp when they come out so there must be. Right?? LOL

Just got home from a steak dinner at my brother Dennis's

and got a real chuckle and belly wiggle at the jokes about new FL's

has anybody checked to see if there's water in them and

well, the clothes feel a little damp

Great humor, guys--
Thanks.

Jonny Jetcone-- I can't see the new background either. With all the program commands he had to compute, maybe he forgot us, or forgot to enhance contrast. Maybe we need new computers.

Can Al see it? Ask him for me, will you. He has way better vision.

OR CHICKEN WINGS

No Jon, we had New York Strips
We only eat wings Sunday through Friday
Saturday, it's always steak

When's that wash-in, Buddy?

Well I'm here up north at Neal's parents house and the wallpaper comes across loud and clear. Maybe you two need to put your glasses on?

ROTF!!

I just couldn't help it!

*muffled sound of a door-lock rotating in the background*

Oh, really, don't get so caught up in the--

AUGHHH!!!! WHAT ARE THESE PLASTIC-TUB ADMIRALS DOING IN MY LAUNDRY ROOM?!?

Happy Holiday, People

that spanker looks fantastic, green and mean.

lid-switchless arm-manglers: is there any other kind, Gregory, or any kind better, YAY for no lid switch.

that little logo-man, Roto, I've seen him before in other incarnatons: Jimminy Cricket and Mr. Planters Peanut--Robert's classic humility!

Robert, you'd better sit down for this one.

In just a few short years, the WCI-based Frigidaire washers will have been produced longer than the GM-based machines.

Ergo, WCI: The real Frigidaire!

Nate, your logo alteration is prescient.

And now I shall run and hide for awhile.

;)
