thanks to Mark (Lighted Controls) for allowing me to adopt what I affectionately dub my "Whirly Girl". She is mechanically perfect! Love the flexibility of the cycles and speeds and of course her window - awesome!

You have a Fridgette TT--You mean Frigidaire made a Twin Tub? Can this possibly be? Will wonders at Aworg never cease?

that would be way too cool. Don't really know how they legally skirted around Frigidaire with the name "Fridgette." I'll post a copy of the nameplate on my members file soon. I have to take a look at the back of her to see the date of manufacture, etc. I think it was made in Japan? Definitely not a pulsator, it is like a typical TT with a rotating disc but instead of on the side of the drum is located on the bottom. RPMs I think are pretty high on the spin since most things come out fairly dry. She stays nice and HOT which is great for processing a lot of white dress shirts that I like to use Mrs. Stewarts Bluing for.
