Salton TV200 80's Desk Fan

Hey all I thought I'd show you all my retro fan - a Salton TV200 It is made by Pifco in Italy in the 80's. It spins super fast and setting one is faster than setting 3 was on my old Stirflo. It can be wall mounted. However, it has a problem, it dosen't swing left and right (osculate?)because there is not the special peg in the end but otherwise it works a treat

remember a horror-sci-fi movie about a hypnotist that would hypnotize various woman victims and have them do weird things-one was to make the victim think an electric fan was a face massager!That Salton fan sort of reminds me of some of the cabinet fans in some CCA AM or FM transmitters-cools the parts in the cabinets.

Stirflow I think make the quietest desk fans available quite motors and good blade design. The cheapy fans you buy from argos or the likes are noisy and vibrate too much.

Stirflow fans arnt as quiet as rowenta fans ^_^
