Congratulations on your renovation
Based on the one that I saw in the late 60s, I would say that is an approximate birthday or manufacturing date for yours. The style remained little changed from the introduction in the early-mid 60s, with the exception of the change to a single upper oven door, but the color makes me want to say late 60s to early 70s.
Thank you for posting it here in your information quest, but I have to tell you, without malice or cruelty, that you should not expect it to be worth much now. It is true that it is very well cared for, but as a family on my paper route in the 60s noted, when you extend the cooktop, access to the lower oven is made difficult. Like most Roper electric ranges, neither oven uses top heat to enhance baking results so the upper oven, because of its smaller size and glass door, while convenient, is not a good substitute for the larger lower oven. If you are cooking a large meal, like for Thanksgiving, you will need the lower oven and more than the front two surface units on the range. People have sort of learned this about these eye-level oven ranges so they are not as attractive as they once were.
