Boy these sure do suck...

in a good way!!! Kelly and Greg are pure experts when it comes to these Miele vacuums. The new models are whisper quiet and oh so beautiful to look at. Makes me wish I had shag carpets again. NOT!!! But you know what I mean. Check out that serious look on Kelly's face. Give him the weaponry of vacuum and he means business. :-)

Enjoy!

I LOVE MIELE! How I want one. Wish they were a tad cheaper. Excellent vacuums. Excellent power, quiet, and best filtration.

I do love my 1992 Tristar to death, but its a bit primitive compared to a miele. Twist on hose, open top bag etc.

The S7 upright is really beautiful. Love the swivel joint. Really a sharp vacuum cleaner. But eeek $1,000. Some day. ;)

The s5 canister is also another one I want. Im not too much of a canister vacuum, but next to the tristar, the s5 the one exception!

That is a very nice store to go appliance shopping! I think I see a Speed Queen set in the background, but what is the set in front of it? The set with the flat control panels, is that F&P?

Miele vacuums are very good and very durable. Mine is 15 years old or so and still going strong. There is only one thing that I don't like about and that is that the cannister models aren't high enough on their wheels. They don't go easy over thresholds and tumble over easily.

The Hairy Eye Ball

That look is the one my kids refer to as the "hairy eye ball" which usually preceeds, "don't make me get out of the chair." I was in the lap of pleasure playing with the Miele. Having a White Pearl there is no fault with a Miele, they border on vacuum perfection. I have the Hoover Wind Tunnel Platinum and was concentrating on whether or not the Miele performed as well. Not once in the entire time was there any call for seriousness. With Patrick on board we giggled and chatted little a bunch of little school girls.

Nice store! The guy in the hat on the left looks like he could be right off an ad in a 1950s magazine for a Westinghouse appliance of sorts. Sadly, we see few people "dressing up" anymore. Sure beats seeing some bubba in a stained wife beater shirt at Lowe's.

The man in the hat reminds me of a good fell my the name of Mark Goodall. :)

He is so classy. Wearing nice suits, with hats and all. Real old school and very classic. I really like the style. Wish it was more common. How nice it would be to relive the 1930s and 40s in the fabulous classy style. With great home appliances too!

The Cat in the Hat

The guy is the cool hat is totally that and more. Brian, known as Northwesty has taken his life back in time when families had more time, cars could be fixed by a shade tree mechanic and the family ate together after giving thanks to God for their many blessings. Brian drives a 53 Chevvy Suburban and a 51 Buick Roadmaster. His family cooks on a 49 General Electric range and they wash their clothes in two matching Kenmore sets from 1951. Its been the pleasure of this club to avail themselves of Brian's expertise and willingness to pick up and ship vintage appliances to other members. Who needs time travel, just step back in time and find a cool hat. Our hats are off to you Brian.
