maytagbear it is the new windows 7 I just talked to best buy where I got the computer from and they told me that a lot of people are having issues with windows 7 so that is why we are not receving each others e-mails.I sm screwed I though that this was better than Vista but theguy from best buy said I was not.So I may miss this year which I hate but untill this get fixed I do not know what to do.
