WOW! They still have the seat for the throne. That is a pretty amazing set.
He's saying "mint green" because he thinks it will get him $650 for it.
His likely logic is that if he called it "turquoise" it would be less appealing and he couldn't ask as much.
That's a beautiful ensemble in excellent shape for the right buyer.

I noticed they have the same 6 sided floor tiles we have in our bathrooms
Turquoise Bathroom
When my parents had a house built in Rosemount, Minnesota back in 1969, they chose the main bathroom to have Kohler fixtures in a turquoise color (don't remember the actual name of the color) with black countertop on the vanity. I think the floor was multicolor black, turquoise and white but can't be sure... It certainly was a STUNNING color combination!
Sadly, no pictures were ever taken...
The "master" bath had avocado green fixtures.
