You understand these things better than I do, why can't we just let the Republicans have their screaming tantrum together with the Blue-Dawgs? Eventually, they'll have to end the filibuster, if only because the companies which own them lock, stock and barrel want their projects to be advanced.

Or am I missing something?

Jeff, i think Reid is wrestling his own demons, and trying to perform a balancing act with the constiuents back home. I appreciate his efforts. He truly does, look exhausted. I will continue to hope for the best. alr2903

I am just curious why no one calls their bluff? Let the DINOs and the Republicans blah-blah until things run to a standstill or their financial backers need to get something done, then get on with it.
