Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

Jon it would be so great if you and Tony could make it. I think you would enjoy all the events scheduled for the weekend as well. Scroll up a bit and you will see the posting Greg has with all the information.

Oh Helen, you know laundry is one of the things I do best!! Can't wait to see you as well. Looks like we are going to have a great turn out. Back to the top she goes.

Oh Jeff, what a great idea!!! Maybe we can get you to fry some chicken in the same outfit!! Love ya! Keeping this right on top where it belongs!

Along with Greg's beautiful machines I'm going to schlep down a 1960 Solid Tub Norge and the computer controlled Super Unimatic. We are going to have to get our clothes really dirty so we can put the Super Unimatic through lots of Hot Suds Cycles.

Robert is that really bullet proof glass on the front of that? It looks like an 1 1/4 inches thick.

No it is 1/4" Plexiglas with a frame that extrudes it 1.5" so there is no chance of the swinging tub hitting it during an extreme unbalance load before the computer stops the washer and buzzes.

Persil in the SUPER Unimatic?

Say not so!!!

Just like the roll-over in a Unimatic, back to the top this goes!

Is Neil going to help you bring your Super Unimatic?
Nope Jon, a marriage is best preserved by owning a motorized appliance dolly.

Persil in the SUPER Unimatic? Say not so!!!
NOT SO!

We're all set for Super-Unimatic Sudslock!!

We are, are we, LOL. The computer is standing by and ready to attack those cleansing suds!

Hey everyone, look what I found!

Check out this great new video of our fellow vacuum collector and friend Kyle Krichbaum. Are Kyle and his parents coming to the convention?

YAY for myvacsrock

Hey Kyle, I didn’t know you were on the TV Show Modern Marvels. That was sooooo cool and once again you did a super job!! I sure hope you and your parents are coming to the VCCC convention next week; it would be so great to meet such a fine young man and collector! I’m going to want your autograph, it’s not everyday I get to meet a Super Star!

Kyle I see that are some mean and uncalled for comments written on the YouTube posting, especially on pages 1 and 2 of the comment section, but I want you to know and I can speak for many of us here at automaticwasher.org that we are all very proud of you and what you have done with your collection. To so many of us it would have been only a wonderful dream to have accomplished what you have done by the time we were 12 years old. Please ignore these people and do know that you have lots of friends here who care about you.

A sad diversion from what will be a great time -

Great job, Kyle - that's one of my son's favorite shows but we missed this one, glad to see it now.

I'm sure your parents have encouraged you to ignore the childish, trailer-trash comments posted on the YouTube site, insecurity and low self-esteem is such a pitiful sight in adults. I've never heard anyone from the VCCC or this site making fun of you, it's best to just ignore these "people" and enjoy your hobby. There are quite a few of us here that continue to be disappointed and saddened by a couple of people in particular that are making these comments, please do your best to ignore them - we are.

Hope to meet you and your parents in Omaha!

Now, back to the fun!

Greg & Terry - making tablecloths for next Friday!

An email to me from Kyle Krichbaum

He said, in pertinent part:

-------
"Since i read the [youtube] thing i have been kinda down and not myself ever since. That really hit me very hard. I just wish that something could be done about it."
-------

Let's keep this situation in context: It's one thing when we adults are attacked. Even I -- frail and fragile touch-me-not that I am -- do have enough life experience to put these middle-aged bullies into perspective. Kyle, just a little kid, has not yet accummulated such experience. I can only imagine, with great sadness, how he is feeling right now.

I imagine he'd appreciate some emails of support.

The people that posted those disgusting comments....

And we all know who they are!

In my opinion are just bitter, sick, twisted scum.......

Kyle

I dont know you, but dont let them get to you- I dont know if theres any way to get them banned from You Tube?

Amazing collection btw!

Kyle Krichbaum

Hi Kyle,
I just watched the video on YouTube and I wanted to congratulate you on your wonderfull collection of vacuums.
Just ignore the comments on YouTube, that type of low life have nothing better to do with their time. I don't know you but I'm sure you have more integrity in your little finger than those low life scum have in their entire body. Enjoy your wonderful hobby and never let people like that get you down.

I wish everyone a safe journey and a wonderful time.

David

P.S.
Robert sorry for my language.
