When she was younger, I always teased her that she was a spawn of Satan, or that she had multiple personality disorder, she would be nice one minute while petting her, and the next she would be attacking me. But I still loved her.

So Sorry Jim for you loss.
It is hard. And have been through this before with dogs and cats. It sucks!
I have been very blessed with my old cat Toby. He is a solid black cat. He is going to be 23 years old next month!
It has been touch and go many times over the last year. So it is always a roller coaster ride.
They are such good friends aren't they? I am sure you gave him the best. That is so important these days.
You will always have good thoughts when thinking about Chyna. Most of them will make you laugh!
Stay strong, and thanks for sharing.
Brent

Very sorry to hear that, I know it's difficult to go through. I've had so many pets over the years and I still think of them. Our pets get to know us more than anyone else I think. We share our innermost thoughts and secrets with them and somehow I think they understand. They always seem to know when it's time to play and when it's time to just stay close and let us know they are there, like a good friend should.

Sweet little Kitty Chyna...

My Cousin's 11 year old boy Tyler, passed away just about the same time, California time, this evening; they are probably both in receiving having a great buffet of their favorite treats, content that they had such great humans , patiently waiting for the reconnect.....

my heartfelt condolences

Bittersweet message.
My eyes lit up when I saw your cats' picture, then I read the sad message. So sorry. Know that Chyna was loved, as she was.
Muffin, my tuxedo cat; (18 lbs.)is 11 this Spring as well. They become so much more of our lives than we sometimes realize.
Sometime, soon I hope; I'll learn how to post pictures, and post some of him. He was Moms' cat whom she named before he was "fixed", not knowing until then that he was a MALE!
OMG! What now? Stud Muffin?!LOL..
Take special care,
-Russell

Chyna actually belonged to my roommate Eric, but after we moved in it didn't take long for her to become mine as well. I think she was trying to make it to Eric's bed he found her laying beside his bed. The picture of her with her tongue out will always be my favorite picture of her. I took it and at the time I took I didn't even realize her tongue was even out until the film was developed.

Oh Jim, she sure looks like a loveable and entertaining little nut. 11 seems like way too soon to lose a kitty. But you are right, she's in heaven now.

Ralph

Sorry

Im so soory about your loss. I had to put my favorite Pit-bull Sara to sleep. She was loaded with cancer. My vet babe Roger said pit-bulls are very prone to cancer for some reason. I hope you get a new baby at your Humane Society that you can spoil like crazy. Pets make much better roomates than most humans do.....Bill in Az....
