Siemens dishwasher in the USA

Seen this Siemens dishwasher for sale here in the Midwest. It’s exactly like my Bosch other than the badge, but how did it get here or who sold it? I have never seen a Siemens badged appliance for sale here.

Lowes and Bestbuy sold them for a while IIRC. There must be some Siemens full size washers and dryers around too.

I have a Siemens gas cooktop.  Bought it on eBay a few years back.  so some Siemens stuff is available in the US.
