Siemens Siwamat 2105

Hi all,
Recently i have just got a siemens siwamat 2105 washing machine, which, stupidly, i got delivered when i wasnt in.... one time and im screwed over!!

so basically the machine powers up... and as in powers up, i mean the mains light comes on, then nothing. no timer action no nothing.
its completely dead, im just hoping the timer isnt to blame?
does anybody have any suggestions as to what the problem could be?

Dead washer

If the mains light comes on the next thing to check is the door switch !

Looks like it overheated at some point?
