I saw these pink beauties in an antique store. The tags say they are 1961 models. They want $300 for the range, and $200 for the

WOW, I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE DISHWASHER!!!

If I remember correctly this was the spin-tube design. Did this one have the all-porcelain front panels like the '56 did?

However, bargain with them if you want the pair...chances are they don't know the value, and whatever you do, don't say ANYTHING about it being a collectible. Antique stores are notorious for their outrageous prices from my experiences.

If these are as clean on the inside as they are on the outside....GET 'EM! I would definitely bargain, though. Approach it from the "used appliance" standpoint. Don your best poker face and offer them $250 for the pair to take them off their hands. After all it's just an old stove and dishwasher, and they're pink. Who the heck is going to want those ;-)
